Are you an emerging leader within CCAP eager to grow in your faith, leadership, and impact? TheΒ Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP)Β is now accepting applications. It offers a unique opportunity to develop personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Why Apply?
ELP is designed to equip upcoming CCAP leaders with the skills and character needed to serve effectively. Through a combination of residential training, online workshops, coaching, and peer learning, participants will grow in three key areas:
π± Leading Yourself β Exploring the calling, character, and identity of a Christian leader.
π Leading Organisations β Understanding vision, stewardship, and managing change.
π€ Leading Together β Strengthening teamwork, collaboration, and community leadership.

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for committed, upcoming leaders aged under 40 who:
- Work in a CCAP role where they can apply their learning
- Are part of Blantyre Synod, Nkohma Synod or Synod of Livingstonia (separate programmes are being run in Zambia and Harare)
- Are dedicated to continuing within CCAP
- Can commit to the full programme schedule
- We particularly encourage applications from lay and female leaders
